November Celebration Highlight: Peanut Butter Lovers Month
If you love peanut butter, November may be your new favorite month. Why? It’s National Peanut Butter Lovers Month! In honor of this celebration, we’re sharing a peanut butter inspired recipe with members of our apartment community
Vegan Peanut Butter Milkshake
For those looking for a healthier treat that incorporates your favorite ingredients, this recipe will have you itching for more. It’s sure to hit the spot. As the author says, “Oooooh this peanut butter milkshake is soooo good. It’s actually ridiculous how good it is. Don’t make this unless you’re ready for some serious indulgence.” We love that all it takes is vegan vanilla ice cream, peanut butter, non-dairy milk, and crushed peanuts!
Upcoming Holiday Highlight: French Toast Day
November 28th is French Toast Day, and what better way is there to celebrate than starting your day with a delicious and nutritious meal featuring the delectable goodness of French toast? The basic recipe of bread, eggs, a touch of milk, and perhaps a dash of vanilla can be enhanced in a variety of ways, including what type of bread to use and what to flavor it with. With that in mind, we are sharing one of our favorite French toast recipes! 
Bread French Toast from All Recipes
Transform your favorite banana bread into a rich and filling breakfast! Here’s what you will need: a loaf of banana bread, butter, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar for dusting. Top with sliced bananas, whipped cream, maple syrup, or any other toppings you’d like.
Restaurant Highlight: Doña Tota

Movie Highlight: Bohemian Rhapsody
We’re excited to watch the new Bohemian Rhapsody movie that came out this past weekend. Have you seen it yet? Here’s a description of the storyline as found on IMDB.com:
