|Recommended: YesLove it, quiet, calm, friendly — I love it, its calm and quiet. No noisy neighbors, friendly people, and the 4 pools and basketball court are a definite plus.
|Recommended: YesNice place to living — Yo tengo un tiempo de vivir en Silver Oaks Apartments y puedo decir que ha sido el mejor lugar que he encontrado. Hay mucho lugar para estacionar cerca de la canchas de tenis pero es limitado en cualquier otro lugar. Hay muchos arboles que dan frescura al lugar, pajaros, ardilllas que parece un parece un parque. Hasta este tiempo ha sido un lugar muy apacible
El mantenimiento es bueno, si algo se descompone lo arreglan bien rapido y a la primera. Los edificios tienen muy buena apariencia y estan limpios. El personal de la administracion es muy profecional y amable. Comparado a otros lugares donde he vivido es el mejor sin lugar a dudas. Yo recomendaria a mis amigos Silver Oaks Apartments y a mis enemigos recomendaria The Villas at Costa Brava, los apartamnetos que estan enfrente de Silver Oaks.

|Recommended: YesI love it here. This is the first apartment complex I have lived in for over three years than any other apartment. — I will tell them that it's very quiet in the area i live at. The staff takes good care of you if you have any problems and
they have 24-hour call to maintenence and everyone is friendly here.
|Recommended: YesQuite and comfortable — my area of apartment complex is quite. No problem with parking I havent needed to deal with the staff. I did have maintance come by and the gentleman was very nice. My neighbors sometimes have family isssues. I can deal with it so far.

|Recommended: YesI moved away for a while.... then I hurried back! — Silver Oaks is a very nice community with people who have lived here for a LONG LONG time. It feels like home. The staff is great and they really try to take care of the community.
